We contracted with Emmy & Momentum Leadership Solutions to provide training for 3 groups of upcoming leadership in our company to develop their skills and provide opportunities for their professional growth. This process also included an assessment that each attendee took to understand their communication styles and how they may relate to others.

We have seen a noticeable improvement in the way our staff looks at communication and leadership. Some have commented that it was very moving for them, both in their personal and professional lives.
