TKI Conflict
Management Tool
Turn Conflict into Collaboration
The TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) helps individuals understand how they approach conflict, build skills for disagreements and turn conflict into a constructive force.
It identifies five primary conflict-handling styles:
Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating
based on levels of assertiveness and cooperativeness.
By increasing self-awareness, the TKI empowers individuals and teams to choose more effective responses in different situations, improving communication, strengthening relationships, and driving better outcomes in the workplace.
