After graduating college, Emmy chose to forge her own path and was quickly promoted into management roles where she found herself leading and training others with limited formal leadership training at first. In 2016, she founded Momentum Leadership Solutions, Inc. to develop and support emerging and mid-level leaders with practical and personalized learning experiences. Emmy’s transformational workshops are known for blending insight with action for maximum impact and focus on developing Emotional Intelligence, enhancing communication, navigating conflict, and managing stress. Leaders leave these learning sessions with tangible tools and skills to implement immediately with methods to measure their impact back on the job. Her diverse certifications have helped form her facilitation style that reflects her holistic view of leadership development.
