Taking a look at what it takes to really be an effective team, how it will benefit individuals as well as the organization, and what we need to do to make it work together. This session covers working towards a common goal and communicating effectively with one another. The DISC or EI assessment, as well as the Group assessment is recommended to maximize the effectiveness of this program.
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: The Basics

Developed in Partnership with Patrick Lencioni, based on his international best- seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Five Behaviors® transforms teams through a powerful and approachable model that drives team effectiveness and productivity.
The Five Behaviors model focuses on building skills and understanding in the areas of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The outcome is a unique and impactful team development solution that empowers teams to rethink their approach to teamwork, shape new, more productive behaviors to increase productivity, and create a common language that completely redefines what it means
to work together. When team members gain the interpersonal skills needed to understand how they and others contribute to their team’s development and how their part can make or break the team and its dynamic, they can work to rise together.
This workshop is intended for teams or 5-15 employees who have worked together for a minimum of 6-weeks, team members will gain a better understanding of themselves, the personalities of their team and how they can work together even more effectively.

Five Behaviors Team Development: Beyond the Basics (5 modules, 4 hours each)
After attending the initial Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team workshop, this series of modular workshops are perfect for diving deeper into one or more of The Five Behaviors to continue developing a cohesive and productive team. Choose from 1 or more of the modules to customize to your team’s continual development needs: of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

Get Over Yourself! Productively Working Through Conflict
Conflict in the workplace arises for many reasons: ego, unclear expectations, different perceptions, miscommunication, competing goals, just to name a few. Many times we are unaware of how our own behavior and communication can contribute to this conflict. This course helps participants become aware of their own behaviors that contribute to conflict. In addition to learning about their own conflict resolution style, they also learn how to identify other people’s conflict resolution styles. Participants leave this session with tools and strategies for working through different real-life conflicts and working more effectively and collaboratively with others.
